Right to cancel / Refunds

Once the Voucher/Coupon has been purchased, providing that the Voucher/Coupon has not been redeemed, you may request a refund within the validity period of the voucher or within 14 (fourteen) days from the Voucher/Coupon issue date (whichever comes first), excluding transactions expenses in amount of 2% and informative expenses in amount of 5% for the promotional materials about offer or discount.

If the Merchant refuse to redeem the Voucher/Coupon, a refund is to be made for the full amount of purchase.

Coupon can be refunded only if the Merchants refused to redeem it.

Please note that Refund is made to the same bank account from which the purchase was made provided during 30 (thirty) working days from the date of request.

Redemption

Once the transaction is completed and you have received your Voucher/Coupon, it may be redeemed at the stated Merchant’s place of business subject to their Terms and Conditions stated on the Voucher/Coupon and/or this Website.

Responsibilities

Vouchers/Coupons are sold by Cyprus Coupon on behalf of the Merchant and according to the Merchant’s agreed Terms.
The Merchant is solely responsible for providing you with the Product or Service advertised on the Voucher/Coupon. The Merchant is responsible for all Voucher/Coupon redemptions.

Restrictions

Any sale, resale, trade or reproduction of a Cyprus Coupon Voucher/Coupon is strictly prohibited.
